Requirements

As the International Recruitment Leader at SpecialistsGrid, you will be responsible for leading the sourcing and recruiting team while improving our services. You will guide the team to work efficiently, achieve recruitment targets, and expand our business globally. Additionally, you will contribute to building our HR tech company by developing processes and long-term strategic plans.

 

Responsibilities:

  •  Lead and manage the sourcing and recruiting team, monitoring and reporting on their performance to ensure the achievement of recruitment targets.
  • Serve as a role model by personally fulfilling recruitment inquiries and actively seeking new business opportunities worldwide.
  • Contribute to the growth of the company by actively participating in building HR tech processes and long-term strategic plans.
  • Research and develop recruiting leads and business opportunities through business development, marketing techniques, and networking.
  • Utilize our Platform, database, LinkedIn, and other sources to search for and acquire talent in multiple countries.
  • Conduct screenings and interviews (online/face-to-face) with candidates across a wide range of positions, assessing their suitability for opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, suppliers, and clients, expanding the company's professional network by connecting with HR professionals and partners.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Talent Acquisition Partner, or HR Business Partner with team leadership skills, preferably with a focus on the IT industry.
  • Demonstrated experience as a successful team leader with a track record of achieving results.
  • Proficient in conducting interviews (phone and in-person), candidate screening, and evaluation.
  • Experience in finding and negotiating business opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with and motivate candidates and team members.
  • Proactive, self-confident, goal-oriented, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
