I would like to introduce myself. Firstly, I am an experienced consultant on Identity & Access Management topic presenting solutions to different Enterprise Customers more than 10 years that I have begun to work in this field that we have faced Fraud Cases in Contact Centre Operations

Secondly, I present and develop Software Solutions on Contact Centre & Unified Communication Sector focusing on IVR, CTI Developments and CRM-PBX Integrations. My experience in this field is more than 15 years.

My IDM experiences are always to be a contractor to Enterprise customers through Vendor and Solution Companies. In these experiences, I have dealt with a lot of customization requirements of Customers that require unique solutions and special developments. I have finished all my responsibilities by the required deadline.

 As Managerial Experience, since 2011, I have set-up two companies and given my services directly to customers or through eligible Solution Vendors.
