IT Specialist with work experience in multinational environments and good knowledge of information technology, implementing, administrating, testing and debug capabilities.In my current assigment i am responsible for gathering requirements from different NOC departments and create the high level design and low level design. Also supervising the implementation to make sure the code is matching the design document and is optimized with minimum impact on the system.
