Summary

I've started my IT career in March 2005 as an E2E Link Monitoring System Analyst.
In 2006 this workload has been transferred to another country where I had to train and help the new Team. In the same year I've joined a new Team as a Tivoli System Administrator - being responsible for the Tivoli Enterprise Console product From 2008 July I've been nominated to the Team Leader for the same Team.
In 2008 I had the chance to participate in several projects (Lean, ISO) and start a a BSc education after work hours.
In 2009 I've attended a Soft Skill training.
In 2010 I've managed a couple of technical projects, like upgrades and migrations within the Tivoli Environment.
In 2011 I've volunteered to a Mentoring program in TEC/OMNIbus area as a mentee.
In 2011 I covered a huge migration project, to replace the Tivoli Enterprise Console application to Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus.
As a result of a long training period I started to work as a Tivoli Architect from 2012. I've submitted an IT Specialist package at the end of 2013 and passed in 2014. Since then I have the Certified Specialist title in Actualizing IT Solutions Capability. Within the same year I’ve successfully completed 2 Cloud Certifications.
Since 2015 I work as a Deployment Architect in a global team working with IBM Endpoint Manager (IEM, BigFix) product.
At the end of 2015 I've successfully certified myself as an Experienced Architect. Mainly from the same point I joined an account Team also responsible for IEM as an Infrastructure Architect.
