• In my current job, I’ve served the roles of Team Lead and IT Infrastructure Architect for the last 6 years. I’ve been responsible for pre-sale activities, followed by designing, delivering and supporting infrastructure services and solutions both to commercial and government accounts across Czech Republic. I’ve also served a role of a Project Manager in several of these accounts.
  

• From a technological point of view, I have long experience in administering Unix and Linux systems, including virtualization and clustering for high availability. I’m familiar with SAN and I’ve been working with both IBM midrange and enterprise block-level based (SAN/FC) disk storage subsystems for years.
  

• Further, I am experienced Data Protection professional, with deep knowledge of managing and supporting IBM Tivoli Storage Manager platform along with both virtual and physical tape subsystems. I am also a published author of two popular IBM TSM Redbooks: TSM Concepts and TSM Implementation Guide.
  

• Recently, with the rising popularity of software defined solutions along with cloud based approach, I’ve been deeply involved in developing and supporting cloud based Backup as a Service solutions.
  

• Beginning from Q1/2016, I've been engaged in SAP HANA projects and I’ve been preparing myself on passing "SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA (Edition 2015)" certification.
