I am an enthusiastic data scientist with Physics (BSc), Cognitive Science(MSc) 4-year research background and 1,5 years commercial experience. I have experience (2-3 years) in SPSS Modeler, R and Python. In addition, during my research projects, I used Matlab, Wolfram Mathematica, SPSS Statistics, Excel(VBA), Tableau. 

Besides my studies, I was working at a Consulting company as a Data Scientist (full time). My main responsibility was to design and make end-to-end solutions for the clients. This role involved data analysis, data modeling tasks from data preparation, cleaning to model building and data visualization.  In addition, I usually went to meetings with the clients. I had to write reports and documents about the final projects as well. During at that time, I had 3 main projects, which I led on my own in different sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Energy, and Postal Services. Our consultancy also distributes SPSS Statistics and SPSS Modeler, therefore I usually used these tools. The SPSS Modeler supports two open source programming languages: R and Python, thus I developed new features and models into SPSS Modeler when it was required during my projects.

I also conducted several SPSS Modeler training sessions:   

-Introduction to SPSS Modeler (Data import, export, cleaning, feature selection, missing value handling,  etc.)

-Data preparation and predictive modeling with SPSS Modeler (more advanced data preparation, data acquiring from multiple sources)

-Advanced modeling with SPSS Modeler: Basket analysis: APRIORI, CARMA Machine Learning algorithms: Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machines, Naive Bayes, Ensemble models, Decision trees(Random forest, C&R, Quest etc))

-Develop new features, models into SPSS Modeler with R  (How to use R nodes to extend the built-in functions and models of SPSS Modeler, use the Custom Dialog Builder (CBD) to make a brand new, protected, user-friendly interface for your new models and features)
