• Lead of LDAP crisis as Technical SME: Lead of a team of 4 people working in parallel on the resolution of the incident and improvement of the current architecture.

• Transition of several customers to IBM (Planning, Lead of the implementation, P2V, V2V, DRP, documentation, ...) 
• Lead and implementation of Solaris to AIX migration
• Lead of SAP and Oracle upgrades (~30 servers) plus setup of FlashCopy solution to backup the data before the upgrade
• Physical Ethernet adapter upgrade (from 1 to 10GB) and load balancing setup
• pSeries build: Design, planning, cabling, build of VIOS, move the LPARs with LPM, validation, documentation
