I have worked administering and supporting Cisco voice and data networks during the last twelve years. My first and second projects in my professional career were the migration from a digital PBX telephony system to a voice over ip Cisco system. Also, the renovation of the entire network for core, distribution and accessing Cisco routers and switches. All of them, connected to a new ISP WAN.

In both projects, I was located in the clients main offices administering, configuring and solving issues of Cisco Call Manager, versions four, seven and eigth. Cisco Unity, Cisco 2800 voice gateways, Cisco 3750 swtiches and Cisco 2800 routers. In the part of the network security, I administered and supported a Cisco PIX firewall and bandwidth management with Packetshapper.

From 2011 to 2016, I have worked administering and supporting voice and data networks and security. I managed Cisco Call Manager version eigth, Cisco Unity, Cisco and HP routers and switches, Service desk services under Nortel ip telephony platform, IVR and ACD configuration, ISDN protocol. In the security field, I managed StoneGate and Checkpoint firewalls consoles and proxies Bluecoat. During this experience I took a strong networking knowledge and troubleshotting skills because I resolved many issues for the four thousand users in the company.

Actually, I work as a Cyber Security Analyst from 2016, december. I work in a security operations center in its initial phase. During this time, I am getting many cyber security concepts and working together with the main security operations center of the company located in India. The main duties are threat management with IBM QRadar and identity management with RSA Via Lyfecycle and Governance.
